The Opportunity
Together with DT&T I have established that the existing website does not achieve its intended purpose based on the current design. I proposed a radical redesign of the website to enhance the UX/UI and streamline the user journey. In doing so, I planned to equip DT&T with a state-of-the-art website.
I undertook the complete design process including planning, wireframes, UI and UX of the website with the aim of a seamless handoff to the developers. For the delivery, I used Figma and the developers were able to have complete access to the guidelines, screens and component libraries.
