The Opportunity
Together with DT&T we have established that the existing customer-facing application and the administrative area does not achieve its intended purpose based on the current design. We proposed a radical redesign of the application to enhance the UX and streamline the user journey. In doing so, we planned to equip DT&T with a state-of-the-art UI.
We undertook the complete design process including planning, wireframes, UI and UX of the application with the aim of a seamless handoff to the DT&T developers. For the delivery, we used Figma and the developers were able to have complete access to the guidelines, screens and component libraries.
